Inside Sales is one of the leading strategies for acquiring new recurring service accounts. As we set out to pilot this service, we identified 3 key areas for success:

We’ll recruit, hire, and train a full time dedicated remote worker to be your inside sales staff. This position may work off of provided call lists, or may access and use our shared Zoominfo account.
They will call between a minimum 55 and up to 120 businesses per day to set appointments for your outside sales staff. Set appointments will be logged in the CMP, and you will be notified via email as well.
You may provide lists for calling (or hand off to our team to upload in the CMP), OR, your dedicated position may access our Zoominfo account and get setup as a user (which is the primary purpose of the setup fee, listed below).
Each user account on Zoominfo includes 1,000 monthly credits that can be used to source and export data. Sales staff copying numbers out of zoominfo does not exhaust credits, and they may do so in an unlimited fashion.
Appointments set will yield a commission to the inside sales rep, and an additional commission should the deal close within 120 days.
After the end of each month, booked leads will need to be reconciled. Each recorded appointment will be inside the Concinnity Digital MMR report, and we will collaborate with you to get it updated to properly calculate performance and owed commissions.
“Insourcing” and outsourced position is a relatively new and foreign concepts to many established domestic businesses. In the new era of remote work, we believe it is best to directly manage, engage, and communicate with your dedicated inside sales rep position daily. These recruited positions are “Your Staff”, and you may engage them as you wish (within the confines of professional behavior).
Through our corporate network, Your team member will participate in routine English training, while also participate in Concinnity Digital internal training sessions with other subject matter experts to ensure they use the right script and have the winning formula.
As we progressed in our trial, we found that having updated, quality business data was crucial to driving higher appointment volumes. When we tested other data sources against Zoominfo, we saw Zoominfo data had a 3-4x booking rate.
We made the $18k per year investment so that this initiative could be successful, and give onboarding JAN-PRO RD offices an alternative means through which to have quality call lists.
